Who We Are
The F.I.N.D Design mitigates the effects of systemic and personal trauma on Black girls, and other girls of color ages 11-17, by providing safe spaces for healing, long-term mentorships, and programming that transform their mental health and overall well-being.
What We Do
The F.I.N.D Design provides mentorship and safe spaces to young women of color throughout the Metro-Nashville Public School system. Through our creative programming, activities centered around cultural awareness and self-empowerment, and the efforts of our capable facilitators, we bolster the emotional strength and resilience of our girls.
