Food scarcity is a leading problem in Middle Tennessee. With no intervention, over 10% of Tennessee residents will face food scarcity this year. Our community needs your heart, your time, and your support. MTSU students are invited to join us in the Recreation Center Gym on April 21st from 6 PM - 8 PM for the annual BIG Event as we dive back to MTSU’s deep roots of community service and pack meals to distribute to hungry families and food pantries across Middle Tennessee.
At the event, you will be guided through the food packaging process in minutes while participating in highly impactful service work in a fun and social way (our DJ will be there).
Meals of Hope, the MTSU Food Pantry, and local food pantries are working with the MTSU Student Government Association to host the BIG Event.
The BIG Event in the Rec Center Gym on April 21, 6 PM - 8 PM, is the perfect chance to stop by with your friends and show your love for our community. Let’s make it truly BIG.
