Archie's Promise provides affordable formal and business wear and free hygiene products to economically disadvantaged families, displaced youth, and adults. By making formal wear and hygiene products affordable and accessible, we enable our clients to build up their confidence and self-esteem.
Volunteers will assemble hygiene kits for our vending machines in Rutherford County's local schools. Two distinct production lines will be used: one dedicated to hygiene kits and another for feminine hygiene supplies. Additionally, some volunteers will assist in dismantling boxes, sealing the kits, and packing the boxes once the kits are fully assembled.
You are not required to bring hygiene products to participate in the packing event. However, if you want to donate, you can visit our Amazon wishlist and donate items to our organization.

The Hygiene Kit Packing Event will take place from 10:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and can accommodate 14 volunteers. We will also need assistance from 7:30-11:00 a.m. to unload the U-Haul truck at the Health Department, and then after the packing event from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to help unload the U-Haul at the storage unit (StorPlace). About six volunteers will be needed for loading and unloading.
Lunch will be served.
