Who We Are

Thriving Together TN, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing quality services to children & families that prevent child maltreatment, reduce trauma, prevent foster care, and promote positive, loving family relationships.

Our mission is to support children and families in achieving safety, stability, permanency, and well-being through community connections. We envision a future where all children and families are thriving together in their communities. Since inception in 2023, we have provided recovery-oriented programs led by child-and-family-wellbeing experts and certified peer recovery specialists to help meet families where they are, by building trust through relatable lived experience, knowledgeable community resources, and compassionate guidance.

What We Do

Thriving Together TN coordinates voluntary, evidence-based programs for families with children who are at risk of or involved with DCS and juvenile court, to address and prevent child abuse, neglect, and foster care. We support all members of the family, including temporary caregiver(s), to ensure safety, stability, permanence, and wellbeing for all children involved. We believe children belong with their families if at all possible. By building families' social and economic capital, we strengthen the recovery ecosystem for local families so that children can thrive.

Safe Baby Court is a specialized court program for families of infants and toddlers, up to 3 years old. This program works collaboratively with the Juvenile Court, DCS, and a team of professionals to assist parents along their journey to reunification by connecting them to peer services, resources, education, etc. through monthly team meetings and court hearings.

Family Forward is a collaborative, comprehensive program for families with any aged child(ren) that extends wrap-around stabilizing services and certified peer support to families impacted by substance use.
