Who We Are
The mission of Hospice of the Highland Rim Foundation is to provide assistance to hospice patients who are suffering end-of-life hardships due to their illness.
What We Do
We interface with all area hospice facilities in Bedford, Cannon, Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, Moore and Warren County. We help with utility assistance, food, and other misc. things that Medicare, Medicaid and insurance does not cover while on hospice care.
