Doing more with what you have or even with less is a common theme in the nonprofit sector. Learn one of the simplest yet most effective techniques for streamlining work processes thereby maximizing the impact your organization has. Process Mapping is a visual depiction of workflow. Process Maps are routinely used for training purposes, waste identification, building consensus, understanding of current practices, and designing future state
processes. Incorporating more than traditional flow charts, they may include who is performing each process step, depictions of work hand-offs, cycle time, inventory, and value added vs.
non-value added classification of work steps. Using an interactive hands-on simulation, this training will help participants develop Process Mapping skills, as well as Work Process Improvement strategies.
