Read to Succeed's Reading in the Schools Day is an annual community event that allows volunteers to come share a story with children in Rutherford County elementary schools, private schools, and Murfreesboro City Schools. Over 1,000 classrooms and 20,000 children have volunteer readers in their classrooms sometime during the day.
