The St. Thomas Rutherford Foundation and The Power of Pink are pleased to present Wine Around the Square, supporting the fight against breast cancer. This year's event will take place Saturday, September 16th from 5:00-9:00 PM on Murfreesboro's historic downtown square.
We have several areas of need for volunteers including:
- Set Up Crew (meets several hours before the event to ensure logistical needs are in place)
- Guest Check In (greet guests with a smile, check ID's and give patrons their wristbands, wine glasses, and other needed items at the beginning of the event)
- Wine Pourer (in the various businesses around the square serving wine/beer/liquor throughout the event)
- Clean Up Crew (responsible for trash pickup/breakdown after the event)
We are happy to place friends together at the same venue (usually teams of 2 or 3 volunteers) should you choose to help with pouring wine.
