Greeter shift includes:
- Welcome Taxpayers with appointments
- Provide Intake Form instruct to answer all questions
- Ensure they have brought the required ID documents
- Set up all materials & supplies, assist in tear down site
- Certifications: Volunteer Standards of Conduct
This training takes approximately one hour. You'll work 2-3 shifts a week during the 2021 tax season.
