In this role you'll spend 2 hours training after completion of the Greeter certification.
During your shift you'll:
- Assist with Complete & accurate Intake form
- Collect documents and identify missing documents
- Determine if the return is within scope
- Certifications: Volunteer Standards of Conduct & Intake
You'll work 2-3 shifts during the 2021 tax return season by picking your site location and schedule.
