Job Title: Events Coordinator(s)
Responsible to: Executive Director
Responsibilities: Coordinates and executes events management to enhance the mission,
delivery of services, and people impacted by the New Direction CDC.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, implementation, and follow-up for special events, including Back to School Benefit, HopeFest, and Christmas for Kidz.
- Joint planning and implementation with Fundraising Coordinator to execute annual fundraiser(s) to include 5K Walk/Run for Fun, Hope Gala, and Tour of Hope Nashville.
- Collaborate with Director to coordinate event logistics and publicity, including public relations, advertising, collateral material design, production, and distribution.
- Provide input and collaborate with Director to develop and fulfill the events budgets.
- Assist with in-kind donation solicitations for each event.
- Assist with the cultivation and expansion of sponsorship development and fulfillment.
- Co-Coordinate logistics of events.
- Assist in maintaining and broadening social networking to benefit the organization.
